What information do we process?
We process your contact form name, email, optional phone, subject and message; comment display name and text; and limited technical information for security and interaction counters. Forms and comments are collected electronically from you. Do not send identity documents, health information or unnecessary personal data.
Purposes and legal grounds
Depending on the request, we process enquiries for pre-contract discussions or responding to you (Turkish Law No.6698, Art.5/2-c and f). Security and abuse prevention rely on legitimate interests; necessary dispute records support legal claims (Art.5/2-e and f). Analytics is enabled only with your permission. Sending a contact form does not subscribe you to marketing.
Comments and content
Your display name and comment become public after moderation. Publishing and moderation support the interaction service you request. Do not share other people's personal data, abusive or unlawful material, or works without permission. Contact us to request correction or removal.
Service providers and international infrastructure
Vercel hosts the site, Neon stores content and form records, and Cloudflare provides network and security services. Google Workspace supports email. Google Analytics loads only when configured and permitted. These services may process data outside Türkiye. Authorized staff and infrastructure providers may access data as needed; disclosure to authorities may be required by law. Cookie permission does not replace the arrangements required for international data transfers.
Retention and security
Enquiries and comments are kept in the administration panel and must be deleted or anonymized when no longer needed and applicable retention duties allow. Automatic deletion periods for these records are not currently configured. Abuse counters expire after 20 minutes and view-matching records after one hour; expired records are cleaned during subsequent relevant requests. Hashed IP information is not treated as anonymous. These application counters do not store raw IP addresses; infrastructure providers may keep separate security logs.
Your rights and requests
Under Art.11 of Law No.6698 you may ask whether your data is processed, request information about purposes and recipients, seek correction, and request deletion or destruction where conditions apply and notification to recipients. You may object to adverse results from solely automated analysis and seek compensation for unlawful processing. Send written requests to the address shown above, or email from an address you previously provided and which is registered in our systems. Necessary identity verification may be requested. Requests are answered within 30 days in accordance with applicable procedures.
